Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining connectivity with a dedicated treatment team through virtual platforms. Despite being an outpatient office, we ensure a collaborative atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and ongoing learning. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using best-practice methodologies to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and additional modalities, adapting techniques based on client responses and progress.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, monitoring treatment effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance patient care through case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, ensuring they are equipped with resources for managing their mental health.

• Engage in continual professional development by keeping up to date with the latest research and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, adapting methods to provide personalized care effectively.
