Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients’ needs, using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in overcoming their challenges and fostering resilience.

• Keep detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical care.

• Engage actively in monthly case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance best practices, and continuously improve care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment pathways, empowering them with the resources and knowledge needed to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges. Our clinic's approach is holistic, focusing on each person's unique experiences and needs, making your role critical in guiding them toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Proficient in employing solution-focused therapy interventions to ensure effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
