Laboratory Analyst

Ideal Candidates A BS or BA in the biological sciences or related field (required) Proficiency with data entry and computer applications Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong understanding of aseptic technique in the laboratory Responsibilities Laboratory Analyst duties include: analysis of food samples for pathogens via PCR and immunoassay, various microbe enumerations, data entry, laboratory reporting, quality control, media preparation, and other duties as assigned. Benefits The pay for this position is $22.25 hourly (plus $2 night shift differential 10:00pm – 6:00am). Schedule The schedule for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. This position does require the candidate have a flexible schedule as needed.
