Hire Up Staffing is partnering with a well-established plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Clifton, New Jersey, to hire an experienced Personal Injury Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys practicing law, advocating for clients, and managing cases from start to finish without the pressure of developing a personal book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an active caseload from inception through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including: Discovery, Depositions, Motion practice, Settlement negotiations, Mediations, Client communications
• Provide exceptional client advocacy throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and fellow attorneys to ensure efficient case management.
• Develop legal strategies that support successful case outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all court deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
• Significant experience managing civil litigation matters.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling depositions, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, mediations, and client communications.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
