Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during scheduled appointments, ensuring immediate and attentive support.

• Implement a variety of treatment modalities to address mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions, chronic pain, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

• Maintain and document accurate medical records that comply with federal and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele within the Pasco, Washington area, including individuals grappling with various emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing tailored treatment plans that promote resilience and healing within families and relationships, a core focus of our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey therapeutic concepts and provide empathetic support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
