Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out direct individual and group therapy sessions for clients, ensuring documented progress notes are submitted in a timely manner that meets agency and licensing standards.

• Contribute to on-unit programming, which may include leading therapeutic sessions or coordinating workshops for both clinicians and clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a specialized focus on mood disorders preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists in the treatment of complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
