Troy Social Restaurant and Bar is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while working alongside a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute creative menu plans Ensure high food quality standards are consistently met Manage food cost and inventory to optimize profitability Supervise back of house operations to maintain efficiency Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to culinary standards Required Skills: Degree in Culinary Arts or related field Experience in menu planning and development Strong understanding of food cost management Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Experience in fine dining and banquet catering Nice to Have Skills: Experience with fish and seafood preparation Knowledge of catering operations ServSafe certification Experience in food and beverage management Strong organizational and time management skills Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and dining discounts.
