Everything from cultivating client relationships to partnering with internal teams to build and present creative ideas and strategies… and then some. As an Account Manager, you will: Manage and guide client relationship and online marketing with a consultative approach Develop project scopes, marketing briefs, assist in developing strategy, secure approval on strategy and manage to achieve goals and objectives Manage client budget and creative approvals Lead on the management of and reporting on success metrics, internal tracking documents, and quarterly client reports Partner with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Development, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, tactics, and campaigns Manage and secure client approvals of scope of work, project estimates and invoices and work with client to update status and revise project scopes as necessary Interpret client requests, technical requirements, and data to write effective tickets and scopes of work and communicate needs and expectations with clients Analyze data and account performance and report to clients on a monthly basis Build and present client-facing seasonal marketing plans Present new marketing opportunities and recommended technical upgrades to clients Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to clients Why should Etna choose you? Our firm has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing space; our clients expect and deserve the attention of a professional with: A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include internet marketing, paid media, medical device sales, SAAS) Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology or related field preferred Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical management approach with a focus on building partnerships with clients Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clients Knowledge and experience in online marketing and advertising practices A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards A collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done Budget development and oversight experience Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) that will be a strong client advocate, be self-driven, and able to manage their own book of business Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology or related field preferred We will ask the most compelling candidates to complete an at-home skills assessment; exceptional performance on the test will earn you an interview. Our small firm has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing industry, and our clients expect the attention of an experienced professional at every step. The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn an additional $8,000 to $14,000 through incentive-based compensation tied to achieving client targets. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
