Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy through evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate specified goals and interventions tailored to each client’s situation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a community of healing among clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
