We're looking for a proven relationship-builder who knows how to open doors, ask for the business, and turn cold prospects into long-term referral partners — someone who's spent years earning trust across the healthcare and senior care community, not waiting for leads to come to them. What You'll Do Develop and execute a business development plan for Silver Spring and surrounding communities Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehab facilities, assisted living and skilled nursing communities, hospice agencies, and other healthcare partners Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and community events Manage and grow a referral pipeline using our CRM Run sales presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events Track pipeline performance, referral trends, and conversion metrics Who You Are 5+ years of outside sales or business development experience Healthcare, senior care, home health, hospice, or related healthcare sales background preferred A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Confident prospecting, cold-calling, and closing Strong CRM and organizational habits Comfortable being measured on activity and results, not just relationships Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance Preferred Existing referral relationships in Silver Spring's healthcare community Experience selling services, not products Knowledge of the local senior care continuum Compensation & Benefits $75k base (commensurate with experience) Uncapped commission on new client revenue First-year OTE $120,000+ Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) PTO Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is independently owned and operated, proudly serving seniors and families throughout Montgomery County and surrounding communities.
