Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations via initial consultations and follow-up sessions, ensuring comprehensive documentation of cases from start to finish.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate the specific needs and circumstances of each client, based on their individual psychological assessments.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities to foster growth and healing.

• Monitor and track client progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other mental health professionals to create integrated intervention plans.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery, employing proactive strategies to address and overcome these obstacles.

• Assist and educate family members or primary caregivers in managing challenges associated with their loved ones’ mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficient in documenting client notes and treatment plans using electronic health records, preferably with experience in systems like AVATAR.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a mental health counselor in a clinical or community setting.

• Familiarity with addiction treatment modalities and approaches.
\n
• Deep understanding of pharmacological interventions and their psychological effects as prescribed by other healthcare professionals.

• Strong familiarity with the best practices set by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a deep sense of empathy towards clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a competitive signing bonus.
