Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Diamond Hearts Physical Therapy Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to understand their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and creating tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• Providing hands-on therapy techniques such as therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manual therapies to promote mobility and healing.
• Educating patients on proper use of therapeutic exercise techniques and adaptive equipment like walkers and wheelchairs.
• Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and tracking treatment goals in compliance with clinic protocols.
• Offering guidance and support to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options and exercises for continued recovery.

Qualifications
