The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and experience handling sophisticated family law matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of complex family law mattersHandle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparationRepresent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trialsAdvise clients regarding divorce, custody, support, property division, and related family law issuesAnalyze and interpret financial documents, business valuations, and asset tracing materialsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
