Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our outpatient center, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic often facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity crises, and transitional issues. Through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), clients benefit from a structured and supportive environment designed to empower them while navigating their mental health journeys. You will play a critical role in providing not just treatment, but also hope and guidance, fostering resilience and personal development.

Qualifications\n

  A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in the state of Florida.

  A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.

  At least one year of direct counseling experience within a mental health setting.

  Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong desire to work with adolescents and young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
