This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are: Ready to run Hungry and driven by urgency Exceptional at what they do, with low ego Comfortable operating in motion The Role This Product Manager role sits at the center of one of OnePay's most significant new product bets: an offering designed to give customers more flexibility around their largest recurring monthly expense. You'll own this product from zero - defining the vision, leading the build, and driving it through launch and into scale. If owning something that matters, built inside a company with the distribution to make it reach millions of people, is what you're looking for, this is the role. You will: Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration Define and drive the roadmap for a net-new consumer financial product, balancing customer needs against risk, compliance, and business constraints Partner closely with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience Use data and experimentation to make decisions and drive continuous improvement post-launch Navigate underwriting and regulatory requirements as a product owner - a collaborative partner to risk and compliance, not a passenger Identify and manage third-party partnerships and integrations required to deliver the product Represent the product to senior leadership with clear, data-driven points of view on prioritization and tradeoffs You Bring 6-12 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or fast-growing financial technology environments A demonstrated track record of owning and a product focusing on splitting Rent/Payments - not just contributing to one Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output Deep comfort working at the intersection of consumer experience and financial product constraints A strong sense of urgency and high ownership High ownership - you take responsibility for outcomes and drive work end to end without waiting to be directed Low ego and strong collaboration skills across technical, legal, and executive stakeholders What We Offer Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1 401(k) plan with company match Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact Standard Interview Process Initial Interview with Talent Partner Technical or Hiring Manager Interview Team Interview Executive Interview Offer!
