Denver, United States | Posted on 05/08/2026 Globalwide is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Payment Posting Specialist to manage and process medical payment transactions, reconcile payment records, and ensure accurate posting of healthcare-related payments within the company’s financial and operational systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, healthcare billing knowledge, and experience working with payment posting, claims, or medical accounts receivable processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations across Middle East branches and departments. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Supervise operational staff, managers, and regional coordinators. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with TPAs, hospitals and providers. Monitor approvals, customer service, and provider relations. Improve operational efficiency, workflows, and reporting systems. Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to executive management. Assist in expanding regional partnerships and operational networks. Monitor budgets, expenses, collections, and operational profitability. Handle escalated operational issues and provide effective solutions. Support implementation of new healthcare programs, fronting structures, and regional projects. Ensure quality control and member satisfaction standards are maintained. Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of operational management experience. Experience in medical insurance, healthcare assistance, TPA, or insurance operations preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of Middle East insurance and healthcare markets is highly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple regional operations simultaneously. Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
