Join Our Team: Commercial Construction Estimator

Our client, a prominent general contractor in the Atlanta area, is seeking a detail-oriented commercial construction estimator to join our team. We pride ourselves on executing a broad spectrum of projects throughout the Southeast, driven by a culture of positivity, continuous learning, and effective teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings and project specifications
- Survey/Quantify materials/assemblies from drawings
- Knowledge of takeoff and estimating software
- Organize quantity takeoffs
- Capable of structural/civil estimates at DD/CD
- Contact/Follow up with subcontractors for pricing input
- Capable to present estimates
- Technical specs knowledge
- Meet deadline challenges
- Ability to work on major estimating efforts
- Develop estimate reports/clarifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in budgeting and estimating of industrial manufacturing facilities in the U.S.
- Construction pricing knowledge and experience
- Conceptual estimating knowledge and experience
- Civil/Structural/Interior estimating knowledge and experience
