Stonefield Insurance Brokers is seeking a licensed, relationship-focused Account Manager to support our growing commercial, personal, and life insurance operations.

This is a client service and account management role focused on delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, communicating proactively, and becoming a trusted resource for clients. While this is not a sales position, successful candidates recognize opportunities, identify coverage gaps, and coordinate with producers when additional insurance needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Handle client service requests by phone, email, and text
• Process policy changes and endorsements
• Assist with renewals and remarketing
• Obtain carrier quotes when needed
• Issue certificates of insurance and policy documents
• Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and clients
• Maintain accurate agency records
• Assist with billing and claims support
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Identify coverage concerns, potential gaps, and referral opportunities
• Coordinate opportunities with producers when appropriate

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty License
• 3-5 years of insurance experience
• Commercial insurance experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
