Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to take on a range of important duties, including:

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and define clear goals to support clients’ progress.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to align with individual client needs.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to protect client confidentiality.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop a holistic treatment approach, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance clinical skills and share best practices with colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources in the community, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily center around a diverse population of clients facing challenges related to substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and other psychological challenges. You will support clients throughout their detoxification process, providing them with the necessary coping skills, emotional support, and resources to prepare for further treatment and long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, illustrating your foundational expertise in the field.

• Valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State, showcasing your professional qualifications.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting, equipping you with the knowledge to address various client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Horizon Counseling is committed to recognizing the dedication and expertise of our team members. We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
