Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective coordination of services among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Provide various therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on prevention, treatment, and recovery.

• Engage in crisis intervention as required, assisting clients during critical moments to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of reports, tracking client progress, treatment plans, and treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Serve as an on-call resource during program hours, ensuring availability to meet client needs at all times.

This role focuses on supporting a diverse population of clients dealing with significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
