Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments tailored to the mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs of clients in a primary care setting. This involves evaluating patient history and presenting concerns to create diagnostic formulations and treatment plans.

  Offer behavioral health services to clients, which may include individual therapy sessions, family counseling, crisis intervention, and support during the intake and evaluation process. Your ability to create a trusting therapeutic environment is essential.

Qualifications\n

  A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
