Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Prefabrication to lead the expansion and strategic development of our prefabrication and manufacturing operations. This executive-level role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high-performing prefabrication division as the company transitions into a larger facility and expands production capabilities.

The Vice President of Prefabrication will provide strategic leadership over manufacturing operations, production planning, engineering coordination, quality control, workforce development, and capital investment initiatives. This role will establish the operational infrastructure, systems, and standards required to deliver scalable, profitable, and high-quality prefabricated electrical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the enterprise manufacturing strategy supporting the organization's long-term growth objectives. 
• Establish a multi-year operational roadmap focused on capacity expansion, automation, standardization, and manufacturing excellence. 
• Serve as the executive leader responsible for developing scalable production capabilities that support business growth across all prefabrication product lines.
• Establish company-wide manufacturing standards, operating procedures, quality systems, and performance metrics that drive consistency across all production activities. 
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and advanced production technologies. 
• Create and oversee enterprise capacity-planning models to ensure manufacturing readiness for projected growth.
• Lead facility expansion, site selection, footprint optimization, and operational infrastructure planning initiatives. 
• Develop and manage long-term capital investment strategies including automation, equipment modernization, technology implementation, and facility development. 
• Evaluate strategic manufacturing capabilities, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments that strengthen the company's competitive position.
• Develop the organizational structure required to support a scalable manufacturing operation. 
• Build leadership succession plans and talent development programs for production, quality, engineering, and operations teams. 
• Establish workforce planning strategies aligned with long-term production and growth forecasts.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to develop standardized manufacturing platforms and design-for-manufacturing processes. 
• Sponsor innovation initiatives focused on modularization, prefabrication technologies, automation, and advanced manufacturing practices. 
• Drive enterprise adoption of digital manufacturing tools, ERP optimization, BIM integration, and production analytics.
• Provide executive oversight for regulatory compliance, safety programs, risk management, and operational controls. 
• Ensure consistency in UL, NEC, ISO, and customer-specific compliance requirements across all manufacturing operations.
• Serve as a member of the executive leadership team responsible for company-wide operational strategy and organizational growth. 
• Provide executive recommendations regarding manufacturing investments, operational risk, scalability, workforce strategies, and long-term operational capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Requirements:  

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, industrial production, or electrical assembly environments. 
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling a manufacturing or prefabrication operation. 
• Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing principles, and capacity planning. 
• Experience managing facility expansion, automation implementation, or operational transformation initiatives preferred. 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable operational improvement. 
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control. 
• Experience in electrical manufacturing, panel shops, UL508 assemblies, or industrial integration environments strongly preferred. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Physical Requirements:  

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Must be able to access and move throughout warehouse and production environments.
• May require occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
