About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Development to provide strategic leadership and direction for all fundraising and philanthropic programs. This role is pivotal in leading the organization's efforts to prioritize philanthropy as a strategic imperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for activating and building the philanthropic program, with a focus on meeting ambitious fundraising goals. The role also involves working closely with boards, executive leadership, and community leaders to foster a culture of philanthropy and ensure that the organization's mission is aligned with its philanthropic goals. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Development position at the company is a strategic fundraiser with a proven track record in major gift fundraising from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
