Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This role is fully onsite. Responsibilities: Assisting with review of title reports, commitments, and surveys Preparing title and survey summaries and analyzing and correcting title defects Drafting closing documents and managing post-closing matters Handling deal files and maintaining deal checklist Maintaining correspondence with clients Preparing entity formation and organizational documents Traveling, as needed, to meet clients and attend closings Requirements: 4+ years of recent experience in commercial real estate at a law firm Bachelor’s Degree Commitment to client service Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
