What We're Looking For In a Night Route Manager Must have or be willing to obtain an AIB certification 3+ years of strong commercial pest control experience Active Branch 2 Field Representative License Strong rodent control experience 5 years driving history with a clean driving record Exceptional problem‑solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage client relationships with professionalism YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR NIGHT ROUTE MANAGER As a Night Route Manager, you begin your shift with a quick team briefing, reviewing the evening's objectives and addressing any concerns.
