This position allows counselors to operate in a fully remote setting, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, ensuring a work-life balance while connecting with clients from varied backgrounds across California. You will utilize our advanced telehealth platforms to conduct video sessions, ensuring continuity of care and engagement with your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic individual, group, and family sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to foster optimal mental health outcomes.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health challenges.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate and timely charting in our telehealth system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health discipline.

• Current, valid licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to varying populations, including diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $115,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
