The role also involves managing HR due diligence, integration planning, and standardizing policies across acquired businesses. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company must have a proven track record in payroll leadership, HR compliance, workplace safety programs, and M&A integration. Essential behaviors for success in this role include being highly accountable, results-oriented, and commercially astute. The ideal candidate will have 10-12+ years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, and a strong background in multi-site and operational workforces.
