Key Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality aesthetic procedures including Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, and comprehensive laser treatments.
• Establish long-lasting relationships with patients by implementing thorough follow-up protocols to encourage retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct tailored skincare consultations, advising patients on appropriate treatment plans and recommending retail skincare products.
• Maintain meticulous charting and documentation for all patient interactions to ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations.
• Educate patients about their treatment options and provide them with clear instructions regarding post-care and wellness.
• Uphold a safe and sterile environment by strictly adhering to infection control protocols and health regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest federal, state, and industry regulations that impact practice operations, advising management on compliance needs.
• Continuously enhance your medical knowledge and technical skills by participating in educational workshops and professional courses.
• Exhibit accountability and a strong sense of professional ethics in all areas of practice.
• Actively promote branding initiatives and marketing efforts both individually and as part of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in an aesthetic or dermatology setting.
• Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida, in good standing.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of EMR systems (1 year preferred).
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or advanced dual certification (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits
