We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a contract opportunity in a dynamic educational setting. This role is crucial for helping students overcome challenges and improve essential skills, allowing them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Qualifications:

• Credentialed Occupational Therapist, with valid OT license
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy (preK-12 preferred)
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, evaluations, and direct interventions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt to various age groups, backgrounds, and learning needs
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Document progress and communicate outcomes to educators and families
• Participate in IEP and team meetings to collaborate on student support plans
• Consult with staff on classroom strategies to promote student independence and success
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
