Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments for new and returning clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various modalities such as individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, comprising progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their mental wellness.

• Regularly engage in outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adapt plans accordingly.

• Stay updated with contemporary research and best practices in mental health to infuse your clinical practice with the latest evidence-based approaches.

• Uphold ethical standards and ensure the confidentiality of patient information is protected at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises individuals from varied backgrounds, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your role as a therapist will focus on fostering a safe environment, encouraging open discussions that empower clients to address their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• Adept at working independently, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to address complex client needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care and knowledge of culturally sensitive practices are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual base salary range for this role is competitive, between $70,000 and $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
