Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This role is ideal for a motivated SLPA passionate about helping children thrive in a dynamic school environment. Your expertise will influence the communication growth of a caseload of 50-60 students, spanning two welcoming elementary school settings.

This position runs from August 31 through June 4, offering a steady and fulfilling schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You'll collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team and have the chance to positively impact students’ development throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license with certification number provided
• Prior school-based SLPA experience, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work across Centerview and Northpoint Elementary locations
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to follow SLP treatment plans and document student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services as guided by supervising SLP
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
