• Active SLPA license or eligibility in Minnesota
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong understanding of language, articulation, and social communication interventions
• Ability to implement therapy plans as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students under the guidance of a licensed SLP
• Assist with implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collect and document data reflecting student progress and session outcomes
• Support in conducting screenings and preparing materials for intervention
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
• Communicate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
