Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths, creating tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on topics such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma, ensuring that each session is aligned with professional ethical standards.

• Maintain detailed documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, in accordance with best practices and organizational policies, supporting continuity of care.

• Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team to communicate treatment strategies and review progress towards client goals.

• Engage with families to provide support and guidance regarding client treatment and discharge planning, fostering a holistic treatment approach.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as necessary, equipping students with coping strategies and support during critical moments.

• Participate in meetings, professional development sessions, and training workshops to hone your skills and stay updated on best practices in school-based mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with students ranging from elementary through high school, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. Your work will focus on helping these young individuals to thrive in both academic and social environments, providing them with tools to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient or school setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.

• Exceptional ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, showcasing strong organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a benefits package that includes:
