Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of students.

• Utilize various methods, including observations and interviews, to assess and evaluate students' mental health requirements.

• Deliver individualized and group counseling, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma experiences, and adjustment challenges.

• Implement evidence-based interventions in both short-term and ongoing counseling sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions focused on critical topics, including bullying prevention, stress management strategies, and enhancement of social skills.

• Collaborate with teaching staff, school administrators, and families to address behavioral concerns and collectively develop targeted interventions.

• Guide students through critical transition periods by facilitating connections to community resources and supportive programs.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure the well-being of students.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions and workshops designed for students, parents, and staff, promoting mental health awareness and emotional resilience.

You will primarily be working with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n
