Warehouse Office Admin

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Office Admins to support warehouse operations in Fremont, OH. As a Warehouse Office Admin for Cardinal Staffing, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and on track, including:

• Communicating with customers
• Preparing and managing essential documents

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/Hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Responsibilities of the Warehouse Office Admin:

• Prepare and manage essential documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, and inbound/outbound manifests.
• Maintain accurate communication with customers - including receipts and invoices.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide customer service.
• Read picking tickets and ensure order accuracy.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies, damages, shortages and non-conformance issues.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Office Admin:

• Valid driver's license is required
• At least 2 years of Warehouse experience or equivalent environment (preferred)
• Basic computer skills as well as prior data entry experience required
• Microsoft Office Programs experience (preferred)
