The HR Generalist will play a vital role, supporting various human resources functions to ensure smooth employee relations and compliance. This position requires coordination of onboarding processes, payroll assistance, training activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth integration
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
• Facilitate and coordinate employee training programs
• Support payroll processes and related administrative tasks
• Maintain organized and accurate HR records

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources
