Housing Stability & Rent Collections Lead

Pine Street Inn is seeking a Housing Stability Coordinator – Rent Collection to lead collections across 700 units in Jamaica Plain and support residents in meeting lease obligations. This role partners with case management, operations, and finance to optimize recovery while keeping resident experience strong.
