Vice President, Administrative Services

The client seeks a Vice President of Administrative Services to provide executive-level support to the Office of the President and serve as a strategic partner across institutional priorities. This role supports the President’s vision through leadership of specialized work, participation in key committees, and coordination of executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement. The Vice President will direct, coordinate, and facilitate the implementation and management of key strategic initiatives, while establishing performance monitoring and reporting frameworks to evaluate impact and support continuous improvement. The role is expected to align presidential priorities across administrative areas, foster cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen strategic messaging and coordinated outreach. The Vice President reports directly to the President and provides leadership for Government Relations and External Affairs, Governance, Strategic Planning and Project Management, and the Office of the President.
