Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships with clients while strictly adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress and stability, addressing any concerns, planning follow-up appointments, and facilitating discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor client-centered treatment plans that align with each individual's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic records management systems, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n
