Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess their mental health status and understand their individual needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans informed by client evaluations, case notes, and evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions.

• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all counseling sessions, ensuring accurate records of client progress, therapy outcomes, and any adjustments to treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care approach that supports client needs.

• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions, fostering trust and creating a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
