Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients seeking counseling, developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the continuum of care, ensuring comprehensive support for each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards while utilizing our billing and documentation support services to streamline your workflow.

The primary focus will be on treating individuals and families struggling with limited access to mental health care. You will provide support for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, determined by your experience and caseload capacity.
