Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients experiencing a range of mental and emotional disorders, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to appropriately identify and treat issues.

• Implement and document individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, strictly adhering to our policies regarding confidentiality and medical records.

• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective responses that prioritize patient safety and well-being.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities including individual therapy, family therapy, psych evaluations, and group therapy, leveraging the latest evidence-based techniques.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in in-service meetings, clinician workshops, and training opportunities, enhancing therapeutic skills and understanding of methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT in this role will work primarily with a diverse clientele in an outpatient setting, addressing mental health concerns across a spectrum of severity and complexity. Our clients include individuals and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.
