Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, address concerns, and discuss upcoming appointments and discharge considerations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals, continuously adapting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs, preferences, and mental health histories.

• Provide multiple individual therapy sessions per week for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in regular individual supervision and professional development discussions to refine clinical skills and approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted, and current Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in therapy practices.

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Expertise in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques.

• Experience and comfort in conducting intake assessments as part of the initial evaluation process for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for conducting virtual therapy sessions effectively.

• Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
