About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee all HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's growth goals. This includes working with the executive leadership team to create a 3-year HR roadmap, advising on talent management, and establishing career pathways and succession plans. The CHRO will also be involved in optimizing company benefits, addressing employee engagement survey concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of recent, relevant experience in HR, with at least 5 years' in a senior role. Experience in a private equity-backed company and a LEAN manufacturing environment is highly desirable. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership development skills, as well as the ability to travel up to 25%. The ideal candidate will be adept at coaching the executive team, fostering an inclusive workplace, and be committed to enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
