Not 12. Not 14. Between 2-4 technicians on the job depending on job scope. No weekends. Ductwork is fabricated before the install or delivered to the job. You're not making duct in a driveway when you should be setting equipment. Every job starts with a debrief with the install manager. You walk in knowing the scope, the equipment, and the surprises before you touch a tool. There is adequate work to go around. We're not fighting over jobs or sending crews home. Cross-training for service when the install schedule slows down. You keep your hours and you build a second skill set at the same time.
