HR Operations Analyst

HR Operations Analyst Job Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to HR VP (travel, calendar, projects)
• Assist with day to day HR operations and projects
• Work with Finance team to ensure smooth HR invoice payments, 100% accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct new hire orientations weekly and quarterly
• In charge of assigned HR projects all hands meeting, Climate survey, and Branding etc.
• Follow up with HQ appointment and announcement, complex organization changes
• Closely work with HR VP for HR team budget
• Provide expert timely, accurate and friendly assistance to employees on basic HR policy questions

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration, management or other related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: advanced skills in Excel and PPT.
• Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities
• English/Mandarin bilingual.
• The position requires a balance between customer service skills and strong administrative skills with a proficiency in using technology.
• Exceptional professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills.
