Customer Experience Director

Customer Experience Director (Open) Location: Denver, CO - Vasquez - Retail shop Pay: $115,000 – $130,000 Annual Customer Experience Director and Compliance Responsibilities Implement best practices and procedures that improve the customer experience across the entire journey. Lead Customer Experience initiatives throughout the region. Collaborate with Area Branch Operations Coordinators (ABOCs) and branch teams to enhance customer experience, reduce churn, and streamline the order‑to‑cash process. Identify customer lifecycle issues and spearhead change‑management projects at both branch and regional levels. Minimize dispute creation in the field and work with the BSC CX team to resolve open disputes, improving processes such as onboarding, order processing, and fulfillment. Identify knowledge gaps related to transactional accuracy and deliver targeted training with ABOCs. Partner with Division Talent Management and Region Leadership to create CX‑oriented materials for recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention. Required Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills to lead locally and virtually, and to report to senior executives. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office productivity suites. Functional understanding of ERP systems, customer lifecycle management, and reporting systems (SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
