Vice President of Engineering

This is a newly created executive leadership role for an organization making significant investments in automation, manufacturing capacity, and long-term growth. We're looking for a proven engineering executive who can turn our engineering organization into a competitive advantage. This isn't simply a maintenance leadership role. What You'll Be Responsible For As Vice President of Plant Engineering, you will lead the strategy and execution of Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Automation, and Technical Operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. You'll partner closely with executive leadership to improve equipment reliability, increase manufacturing efficiency, strengthen accountability across the engineering organization, and build a high-performing technical team capable of supporting future expansion. What You'll Tackle First Your first priorities will include: Improving equipment reliability and reducing unplanned downtime Building a culture of accountability across the engineering organization Evaluating the current structure and developing a high-performing engineering team Supporting highly automated manufacturing operations while improving operational efficiency Partnering with Operations to position engineering as a strategic business function What We're Looking For We're seeking a hands-on executive who combines strong technical credibility with exceptional leadership.
