This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. While focusing on outpatient therapy, our center operates from Monday through Saturday, offering you the ability to design your own schedule that best fits your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the needs of individuals, families, and groups, developing individualized treatment plans to address mental health concerns effectively.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clinical staff about patient assessments and treatment plans, making use of interdisciplinary meetings to enhance patient care.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to implement evidence-based interventions tailored to meet specific client goals.

• Provide responsible case management for assigned patients, coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure that services are holistic and comprehensive.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interactions in accordance with departmental standards and ethical guidelines.

• Facilitate collaborative care plans involving families and community resources, ensuring a team approach to support patients' mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults. The focus will be on addressing a variety of mental health issues through individualized service plans that reflect the client's unique contexts and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois is required.

• A relevant advanced degree such as a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services to clients.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes 10 to 40 hours per week or more, depending on patient demand and personal availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
