HRIS Manager

To drive operational excellence and support organizational growth, the full-time HRIS Manager will oversee the administration, governance, and optimization of HR technology platforms, while managing workforce analytics and reporting in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own the administration and optimization of HR technology systems, ensuring data integrity and security Lead workforce analytics initiatives, developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and other business intelligence tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience administering and optimizing HRIS platforms, preferably UKG Pro Proven experience in workforce reporting, HR analytics, and business intelligence solutions Strong understanding of HR compliance, data governance, and security protocols Advanced skills in Power BI dashboard development and Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and advanced formulas
